Currently there are 693 Howell homes for sale. This is an overabundance of homes for sale. We need to get buyers for a good portion, so that we can start to see house values come back. There are people upside down, and that is due in large part to banks in Michigan now accepting foreclosures as comparables on appraisals.

Howell Foreclosures
Due to the economic problems that are across the U.S. we here in Michigan have a huge number of foreclosures. Let's narrow that down a little to strictly the Howell Foreclosures. Currently there are 46 Howell Foreclosures.
The large number of Howell Foreclosures has prompted a number of buyers to start acting on some of these great deals. I will say, "buyers make sure that you have been pre-approved prior to looking for homes, because we as your real estate agent do not want you to fall in love with a home that is more than you can afford."
The pre-approval process is very simple. It can take less than 10 minutes of your time. You will need to have your credit pulled, so you will need your social security number at hand. You will need to have a pretty good idea on how much you made last year, and anymore today you will want to be able to show it in either tax returns or W-2's. Here is a link that will walk you through the process. http://www.oaklandlivingston.com/financing.html.
Here are a couple of pictures of homes that are Howell Foreclosures, and a stats table of the Howell Forecloseures. To get more information on any of these homes please visit http://www.oaklandlivingston.com/searcher.html. All you need is a valid email address.
