Over the course of my hockey career there were days that you questioned whether or not you were good enough, and this is always something that stays in the back of your mind. Even the best ask that dreaded question of whether or not they are as good as they think they are. This lead me to look for a new quote, so I searched yahoo and found a great quote by Carl Lewis, and he said, "If you don't have confidence, you'll always find a way not to win." This could be applied to anything that we do. I like it. To those that need a little pick me up I hope this is it.
